Thee, Hannah! is by Marguerite de Angeli. I remember this quick, short read (took me about half an hour to read through the entire thing) from when I was around eight years old. I decided to re-read it in order to get my "Books Read" number up higher in a reading challenge I was doing. I found the moral of the story in-your-face and annoying.
